HitTrax Batting Cages in the Upstate
See what every swing really does. At Upstate Power House in Duncan, SC, you can add HitTrax to your cage time and get exit velocity, launch angle and distance on every ball you hit, for softball and baseball.
Add-on from $15 for 30 minutes
Train With Real Numbers
Every ball you hit shows up on the HitTrax screen with its exit velocity, launch angle and projected distance. Instead of guessing whether a swing change is working, players can watch the numbers move session by session. Parents can see progress too.
HitTrax works for both softball and baseball. Hit off a tee or front toss, or pair it with one of our softball or baseball pitching machines. It all happens in our 60-foot indoor cages, so rain, heat and cold never get in the way.
Want to compete? The HitTrax League puts players head to head on HitTrax indoors, and teams can use HitTrax during practice with the Team Package Pro.

HitTrax FAQs
What is HitTrax?
HitTrax is a hitting system that tracks every ball you hit and shows the numbers on a screen right in the cage: exit velocity, launch angle and how far the ball would have gone. Hitters see what each swing actually did, not just how it felt.
How much does HitTrax cost?
HitTrax is an add-on to a cage rental: $15 for 30 minutes or $25 for an hour, on top of the lane. Members on a HitTrax plan get unlimited HitTrax sessions.
Does HitTrax work for softball?
Yes. HitTrax works for both softball and baseball, and you can pair it with a softball or a baseball pitching machine. Our machines are hand-fed, so someone in your group feeds each pitch.
Do I need a coach to use HitTrax?
No. HitTrax comes with a self-serve cage rental, so you can come on your own, with a parent or with teammates. You can also work with one of our coaches in a lesson.
Is there a HitTrax league?
Yes. Our HitTrax League lets players compete indoors on HitTrax through the off-season. See the Leagues page for divisions, dates and how to sign up.
